Machined Forgings — what we supply
- Open Die Forgings — Shafts, blocks, hollows and stepped shafts to 25 tonnes, upset and drawn on the press to a recorded reduction ratio.
- Seamless Rolled Rings — Rings to 2500 mm outside diameter, pierced and rolled so the grain runs circumferentially.
- Forged Discs, Blanks & Flange Blanks — Pancake and upset discs, flange, valve and tube sheet blanks, proof machined to your allowance.
- Closed Die Forgings — Die forged parts to drawing in repeat volumes, with die development and first article approval.
- Forged & Machined Shafts — Plain, stepped and flanged shafts in EN19, EN24 and stainless, finish machined with run-out measured.
- Forged Hollows & Sleeves — Trepanned and mandrel forged hollows, sleeves, bushes and cylinder bodies with bore UT.
