Overview
Stancor Forgings supplied F11 / F22 Chrome-Moly Forgings in NPS 6 to NPS 20 for chrome-moly header and steam valve body forgings, annealed with PWHT guidance in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate with the heat treatment chart and ultrasonic report.
The challenge
The customer needed chrome-moly header and steam valve body forgings, annealed with PWHT guidance that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 95 MT of F11 / F22 Chrome-Moly Forgings in NPS 6 to NPS 20, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate with the heat treatment chart and ultrasonic report and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
